We looked forward to this wedding ever since we met Kim and Wes at Wes’ brother’s wedding in 2020—another favorite wedding of ours! Kim and Wes are possibly one of the nicest, most grateful and easy-going couples we have ever had the pleasure to photograph. Kim was a picture perfect bride who made the bridal suite vibe super chill, and Wes was thanking us before we even got started. Throughout the wedding we heard stories about how Kim and Wes are perfect for each other; two of the most giving people out there—the first ones to the party volunteering to setup, and the last to leave staying to help clean. Kim’s friend responsible for the setup, introduced Kim to Wes by saying “Wes come meet your future wife”. She was spot on, the pair are made for each other!

Kim and Wes married on the bright green grass of the Sterling Hills Golf Course in Camarillo, CA on a cheerful day! While Kim and Wes’ wedding was perfect with decor and design what made it truly beautiful was their love and appreciation of everyone who was there and who played a part in their lives. We loved how thankful and loving the couple was to their wedding party. Kim wrote a thank you note to the groomsmen, and Wes wrote a note to the bridesmaids which they read out loud while getting ready.

Another special letter exchange was that of Kim and Wes to each other. While they opted not to see each other until the ceremony, they shared a special moment while getting ready. Holding hands, a wall between them, they read their love notes and took a calming breathe together before they would become Mr and Mrs Graft in only a few short hours.
